Netanyahu Finally Speaks

Benjamin NetanyahuWith the situation in Egypt spirally out of control, the Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu finally brakes his silence. “On Saturday I spoke with US President Barack Obama, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and all the relevant intelligence officials,” Netanyahu said.

“The peace between Israel and Egypt has lasted for over three decades and our aim is to insure that these relations will continue to exist throughout any developments in Egypt,” the prime minister continued.

An Egyptian Revolution that fell into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood would drastically shake up regional security order in the eyes of Israel and the US.
