Louise Liddel will be joining the team at CBRE as the new associate director for valuation consultancy. With seven years of valuation experience behind her, including her last three years in the Middle East, Liddle will be based in Dubai. She will focus on valuations for CBRE’s clientele interested in the MENA region. Her services will include bank lending, financial reporting, and IPOs. Previous to joining CBRE, which is a global real estate consulting firm, Liddel worked for JLL MENA on their valuation team.
In addition to Liddel, Erik Vokers was appointed to be a senior consultant for research and consultancy at CBRE. Vokers joins CBRE with eight years of experience in the real estate advisory services department of a Netherlands-based consultancy firm.
“The Middle East and GCC, in particular, is witnessing renewed economic activity,” CBRE Middle East managing director Nick Maclean said.
“These key appointments reflect our drive and commitment to further bolster our expertise and ability to offer consultancy services to our growing clientele in the region. We are delighted to have Louise and Erik join our growing team in the Middle East. Both of them come with a strong understanding of the property market and I’m sure their experience will be invaluable in helping us deliver best-in-class services to our clients,” Mr Maclean added.
